Image Studio Support
Help for downloads, product-image workflows, and Pro activation.
AI E-commerce Visual Studio is built for Windows sellers and catalog teams. Start with the free cleanup workflow, then use the support paths here for export, activation, or license recovery questions.

Free workflow
Test cleanup quality on a real product image first.
- Single-image background removal and preview
- 100 free batch background removals
- Transparent PNG output and current-size result saving
- Optional EXIF / metadata cleanup when saving
- A local temporary workspace before final export
Pro workflow
Move faster when a catalog needs repeatable output.
- Unlimited batch background removal and background replacement
- Background position and scale controls
- Marketplace and social export presets
- Image enhancement and Smart Product Optimize
Pro license policy
One active computer, with a predictable move path.
Use License Retrieval to move a Pro key before activating a replacement computer. The desktop app refreshes its signed license regularly, so an old device returns to Free mode after its next validation.
- One active computer per Pro license key
- Move a license from the retrieval page using the order ID and purchase email
- One self-service device move every 30 days
- The old computer loses Pro access on its next license check
Common help
The usual questions before a listing goes live
These steps cover the normal path from a raw product image to a saved export.
- Download and install the Windows application
- Run a free background removal test, including the 100-image batch allowance
- Keep the app online for the first local AI model download (about 170 MB)
- Export a product image at its original size
- Choose a background and adjust the product position
- Activate, retrieve, or move a Pro license
- Review an exported image before publishing a listing
Quality and privacy
Keep the final review with the seller.
The app processes the core image workflow locally. Marketplace output presets are starting points, so inspect edge quality, background, crop, and the destination platform's current rules before publishing.
First background removal
Let the local model finish downloading once.
To keep the Windows installer smaller, the first background removal downloads and verifies a local AI model of about 170 MB. Keep the app online until that first download finishes. Later removals reuse the local model and do not upload product photos to a web editor.
Need direct help
Use email when the in-app workflow or recovery page does not solve it.
For license questions, do not send a license key by email. Send the product name, order ID, and a short description of the issue instead.
